Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Callers Representativesto contribute in generating admissions leads.


Job Description:


1. Obtaining and updating lists of Student's contact details.

2. Addressing Students/Parent's Queries, grievances, and suggestions on time

3. Describe course details to students over phone.

4. Handling inbound/ outbound calls to generate applications.


Requirements:


1. Applicants must be fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu and should have good communication skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

3. Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar preferred.

4. Female applicants are preferable in between 20 to 35 age group.
