Roles and Responsibilities

Job description

  • Monitor the social media channels. Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends
  • Track social media influencers
  • Ensure to produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
  • Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
  • Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis
  • Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Assist with general day to day administration tasks
  • Managing all aspects of organic & in-organic social campaigns globally including budgeting, creative briefing, campaign creation, optimization, reporting
  • Ensuring best practice and optimization are implemented correctly to achieve strict ROI targets
  • Build & deliver, test & learn plan to ensure results are constantly improving traffic to website and social media site
  • Managing the tagging, tracking & measurement of paid social campaigns with available insight and reporting tools
  • Ownership of traffic sources and reporting
  • Hiring candidates with relevant experience in doing different social media paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

The candidate should be passed out from college/university with good grades.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing or Social Media will be added advantage
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, social media channels, social media communities, social media performance reports, Track social media influencers , brand message, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills

Experience Required &Roles and Responsibilities

  • Graduate or post-graduate from a reputed education institute
  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (paid and organic)
  • Experience in creation and management ads campaign
  • Educational industry experience preferred (international preferred)
  • Analyze ads and organic performance
  • Experience in analytics tools
  • Create reports for the campaigns
