Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have proven record in educational research technologies.
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
- Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of educational training programs and strategies
- Work closely with administrators and faculties to support pedagogy that is inclusive, centered on best practices in blended/hybrid education, and proven to be effective.
- Exceptional proven ability in imparting innovative pedagogies in active learning methods in the class.
- As a member of the team, help to shape a sustainable vision around active, learner-centered pedagogies and assessments by helping faculty to succeed in blended learning environments.
- Designing blended learning solutions
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
- Applying adult learning theories to ensure faculties get the best out of their development
- Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes
- Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
- Facilitating learning interventions
- Creating a coaching culture in the institution
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to students in the classrooms.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
Desired Candidate Qualification & Profile:
A Doctoral degree/ Master's degree in
-Organizational Design, Educational or Organizational Psychology
-Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR, or any other relevant degree.
-Exposure to working in an organization involved in education or training would be an added advantage.
