Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle the overall Fee Receivable function of the Organization in co-ordination with the Accounts Team & Campus Departments
- Preparation of various Reports and MIS
- Good Excel working knowledge
- Managing payment gateways, settlement timelines
- Coordinating with concenred departments for the data collection
- Student Due list preparation
- Coordinating with Banks for various student issues
- Coordinating with Parents also for Student fee issues
- Bank Reconciliation
- Regularly update Student dues in ERP Program
- Lead role in Counseling and Student registration process
- Regularly touch with Campus Departments
- Regularly attend phone calls for Student quarries
Requirements:
- M.Com/MBA Finance
- Strong Analytical and presentation skills
- 6 or more years of experience in Education Sector
- Must have exposure to Tally ERP and should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office with reporting Dashboards
Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and University Departments.
